Reschedule a Lesson - Cherrybrook Maths

1. Cancel Lesson

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Go to the Cherrybrook Maths Teachworks portal.
Access the platform using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Calendar

The Green time slots will show the classes with available spots.

📝 Note: When viewing the schedule, available classes will still appear in bright green, but your booked lessons may be in a different colour. Please keep this in mind when checking your schedule to avoid any confusion.

Step 3: Identify the Scheduled Class that Needs to be Cancelled

Click on the class. Press “View”

Click on the class. Press “View” and then “Cancel”.

Step 3.2: Enter Reason for Cancellation

A reason is required to cancel the class. E.g. "Sick" or "School Camp" etc. Confirm by pressing "Cancel Lesson"

Step 3.3: Confirmation Message

A Confirmation Message will appear with a reminder that the Make-Up Lesson needs to be used within one month

2. Book a Makeup Class

Step 1: Identify Schedule for Make Up Class

Find and Click on a suitable class and time. Press Join.

Step 2: Select Student

A Pop-Up will appear on your screen.
Select which Student in the list (if you have multiple students enrolled at CMC) and click Join.

Step 3: Confirmation

A Confirmation will appear and your Calendar will show your booked Make-Up Session in a different colour
