CMC Get-Ahead Sessions

Get-Ahead sessions: Students learn Term 1 content before school commences. They first learn with us, then spend the term revising and mastering the content, whilst others are learning it for the first time. Starting ahead means student start the term happier and more confident.

Students will be placed in one of two classes based on their current level:

  • Functions: For students needing to build or strengthen foundations in Algebra and Functions
  • Further Trigonometry: For students who have already mastered Functions and are ready to move ahead

For 2026 Year 12 Advanced and Extension 1 students. Learn Term 1 content now — spend the term mastering, not learning.

Calculus is the heart of Year 12 maths. Differentiation and Integration underpin almost every topic that follows — and dominate HSC exams across Advanced, Extension 1, and Extension 2.

CMC Drop In Sessions

Drop-In Session is a 4-hour support (catch up) session for students who struggled with maths last year, and need support. We have multiple tutors available to help students individually. Students are encouraged to bring their 2025 exams — we'll identify gaps, re-teach concepts where needed, and provide guided support as they work through targeted questions. Students will also receive additional questions to take home and continue practising. Any further questions can be brought back to us during term lessons.

Referral Bonus
Refer a friend to any holiday program → your child receives a bonus complimentary additional lesson during Term 1.

Workshop Pricing
Standard workshop fees apply unless otherwise stated. All prices listed include GST.

Referral Bonus – Extra Term 1 Lesson
Students who refer a new family (not previously enrolled at CMC) to the January holiday workshops are eligible for one bonus lesson in Term 1 (equivalent to their regular weekly lesson length), provided:

  • The referred student enrols in and attends at least one paid workshop.
  • The referring student is enrolled in Term 1 and has paid in full.

The bonus lesson will be provided at a time arranged by CMC staff.

Conditions of Use – Referral Bonus
The bonus lesson:

  • Is not transferable to other students or terms.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or applied as credit toward fees.
  • Is limited to one bonus per new family referred.

General Terms
Offers are subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn at any time.
In the event of cancellation, any applicable refunds will be calculated based on the full workshop fee.
All bonuses (including complimentary sessions) will be void if the related enrolment is cancelled.
