Our flagship campus is in Cherrybrook, Sydney, where all of our classes are delivered in-person. You’ll be working with small groups of students (maximum 6 per class), in a highly supportive and collaborative team environment.

About the Role
As a Maths Tutor, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping students strengthen their mathematical foundations, prepare for exams, and build the confidence they need to succeed. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, provide individualised guidance within small groups, and collaborate with a team of tutors to ensure every student progresses.
What you’ll do
- Assess student understanding and identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to student needs, aligned with the NSW curriculum.
- Explain mathematical concepts clearly and concisely, adapting to different learning styles.
- Support students with homework, problem-solving, and exam preparation.
- Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through guided practice.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Work collaboratively with other tutors and the Head of Curriculum to maintain high teaching standards.
What we’re looking for
- Strong mathematics ability (Extension 1 Maths minimum).
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain concepts clearly.
- Reliability and professionalism.
- Enjoys working with young people and motivating them.
- Ability to problem solve, adapt, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
