Our selective school program is designed to prepare students for the NSW Selective High School Test through small group classes (max 6 students) and a structured, targeted approach.
What We Offer:
- Mathematical Reasoning Class: Advanced problem-solving and numerical reasoning.
- Thinking Skills Class: Critical thinking, abstract reasoning, and problem-solving strategies.
Each class runs for 90 minutes per week, providing a balance of instruction, practice, and feedback.
How We Run Lessons:
- Topic-Based Approach: Lessons focus on building mastery of key concepts before applying them to exam-style questions.
- Weekly Exam Practice: Students tackle selective test-style problems to develop familiarity and refine strategies.
- Mock Exams: Conducted at the end of each term and during holidays, with detailed feedback to guide improvement.
- Homework Support: Students are encouraged to bring back homework from the previous week to receive guidance and ensure a solid understanding of concepts.
With tailored resources, expert tutors, and personalised attention, we ensure students gain the skills and confidence needed to excel in the selective school entrance process.
